If you are going to be modifying the Scripts of MDT (which you will probably do if you want to customize the ins and outs), you should get Bulk File Changer to standardize the Date Created/Modified of all the Scripts.
You see by default the Scripts in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Templates\Distribution\Scripts have many different Date and Time Stamps.
If we are talking about Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2013, then the newest file is ZTIOSRolePS.ps1 that was created on August 16, 2013. Just change all files to August 17, 2013 at 12:00 PM.
Now you have just made it easy to identify which scripts you update in your Deployment Share. It also makes it easy when you update to newer versions of MDT, because now it is easy for you to know which files you changed and which ones you left alone.
