If you read my last Post on MDT Applications Without Source Files, then you know what a mess having several Applications in your MDT Applications Directory can be. But if you Import your Applications without source files, and copy them manually, you can organize the Applications any way you want. I do strongly recommended that your make Application Bundles for each Directory under Applications.
